Joe Fleming, Project Manager at Eco Construction Group, brings more than 20 years of construction industry experience to the team. Joe graduated college with honors and brings a strong foundation of knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to every project. Known for his excellent communication skills and strong work ethic, Joe takes a results-oriented approach to construction management, focusing on collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering successful outcomes for clients. Throughout his career, Joe has been involved in a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects, has built over 300 homes and many multi-family apartment complexes and proudly has a proven record of customer satisfaction of 97%. Joe has site development experience and also experiences as a Florida real estate sales associate. Joe is also an all-line FL insurance adjuster and has done over a decade of insurance claim jobs, helping homeowners by negotiating on their behalf to rebuild their homes and lives after catastrophic damages to their homes such a fire, hurricane damage and flooding. He values building relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Before transitioning into project management, Joe served as a project foreman, gaining valuable hands-on field experience and leadership skills.
Joe is married to his high school sweetheart, Candice, of 20 years and the proud father of two children, Hanalei and Brody. When he’s not managing projects, he enjoys spending time on the lake with his family wakeboarding, wake surfing, sailing, and also beach surfing. He enjoys baseball and is head coach for his sons baseball team and enjoys soccer, football and pickleball with friends as well.
